You confirm you have the legal right to share any records you upload, and that the information you provide is accurate. You remain responsible for decisions about your child's care, made with your treating clinicians.

3. Fees and refunds

Fees are shown at the point of purchase and charged through our payment provider. Because reviews involve specialist time, refunds are limited once work has begun; please contact us with any concerns.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant review. We are not liable for clinical decisions made by you or your treating clinicians.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
